Order Policy
The minimum order requirements: US $100 per order. For first time buyer you must fax company tax permit to set up your account otherwise we would not able to complete your order. You may place order by phone, fax or online.
 
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted on defective merchandise or merchandise incorrectly sent to you on the original order. On all returns customers are required to notify Modern Silver Jewelry, Inc. of damaged merchandise within 10 days of the order date. Damaged merchandise must be received back at Modern Silver Jewelry, Inc with 15 days of the order date. All returns must have a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise in question. Refunds will be given in the form of a credit toward a future purchase.

Shipping
In stock items ordered will be shipped within two days via UPS ground. If the item you ordered cannot be shipped, we will notify you by phone or email. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our shipping rate and rate only apply to Texas and Louisiana customers. For other city please call for rates. Modern Silver Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for damages or losses incurred during transit.
 

Backorders
Backorders for merchandise if it totals $50.00 or more and will be shipped within 2 to 6 weeks. No shipping charges on backorders.
 
Silver Care
Sterling silver will tarnish in time due to a combination of environment and body chemistry. This is characteristic of all silver. We recommend individual to use jeweler's cloth to keep jewelry shine.
